Job Description:

As an acoustic engineer you will be an integral part of our development and design teams. You will lead or assist in the concept, design, and development of a wide verity of acoustic products while always focused on outstanding performance.

Responsibilities:
Create design specifications from product requirements
Computer model and recommend design options
Work closely with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, design and development teams
Measure and evaluate prototypes and recommend design solutions
Work with supplier engineering groups as needed for manufacturability and startup
Provide failure analysis for continuous improvement
International travel as needed

Requirements:
Experienced and knowledgeable in transducer design
Experienced in product development
Experienced in acoustic computer modeling
Experienced in acoustic measurement systems
Experienced in critical listening
B.S. in electrical, mechanical, or Physicist

Preferred:
Experienced in car audio products
Experienced inInternational travel and contract manufacturers
Experience with DSP
Understanding of amplifier design
