KICKER's CompVR subwoofer offers features beyond any other woofer in its class. It has consistently been the industry standard in sound, performance and price.
The KICKER® CompVR® Subwoofer delivers high performance and power handling with superior bass technology exceeding anything else in its class. It’s the cornerstone from which all legendary KICKER bass is chiseled.

The CompVR comes from a long line of excellence, evolving from the tough-as-nails KICKER Competition Subwoofer back in the day. The newest CompVR is engineered to the highest levels, and its dark look will have any installation primed to perform.

It offers some of the clearest, loudest bass from KICKER’s round subwoofer lineup. CompVR has an updated injection-molded cone which completely eliminates flex and distortion using 360-degree back bracing. Premium KICKER Solo-Baric® technology trickles down into the overall motor structure, allowing the sub to handle more power and withstand more abuse. It utilizes an updated solid pole piece for superb heat dissipation and a wide range of lows. The progressive-roll polycotton spider and steel basket’s perimeter venting assure absolute heat dissipation without breakdown.

CompVR creates motion and sound using high-temp, dual voice coils. A ribbed Santoprene® surround also gives the cone added strength at high excursions. The perimeter venting, Spiralead™ tinsel-lead technology, and spring-loaded push terminals are part of the package – high-performance engineering standards found on every KICKER woofer.

The KICKER CompVR Subwoofer is available in three sizes and performs from a sealed or vented enclosure.

2 cvr 10's

I have the kicker cvr 10's and they kill!!! i only had one hooked up all weekend and it hit harder than my old system i sold to my friend!! i just hooked both of them up at 4 ohms to a crunch 1400.2 amp bridged and my parents said they could hear me coming down the road from a ways... its crazy how these's 10's can produce so much power and hit the low notes better than any pair of 10's ive heard!! i love them!! ill probably have them for awhile and the next up grade is to a l7 or a set of 12's!! thanks kicker for such a great and once again very nice product!!!

Good subs

I have 2 dual 4 ohm CVR's in my 2000 S10 powered by a 08ZX750.1 amp, and they effin pound, so loud, they're almost as loud as my friends L7's. My box is tuned at 1.3 cubic feet, made for the CVX's I'll be getting next summer, but this system is super tight. Anybody looking for good quality and a lot of bass I highly encourage you to buy a pair of these

Comp CVR's

I gotta tell u, kicker is the way to go... I have 2 12" 2ohm cvr's and 2 12" 4ohm cvr's, u can't beat em!! I have 2 zx series amps pushin the heck outta them an they don't give at all!!I seriously think that the amps will go before the subs ever will! I had 2 12'' JL W3's and they exploded within 4 months but not my kickers!! I have alot of other products by kicker but I won't reveal them until my truck is finished... My hat is off to the people at Stillwater, keep em pounding!!

Kicker 12" CVR

I bought two of these for what I consider to be entry level pricing. I bought them strictly for my jeep and only for nominal sound using one of them while storing the other.
I have 2 JL 12W6's in my car that cost way more than my jeep system did. Now I won't sit here and say the CVR's are as loud, but they damn sure are as clean, responsive and impressive every bit as much as the JL's. My jeep sounds amazing with just one of these beauties in a conservative box.
I am completely blown away at kickers low end woofer, so much so that I'm getting the VX's and probably becoming a lifer. Kick ass products, right prices, that's a winning combination.

I had two kickers CVR 12in 4ohm and i was pushing them with a kicker amp zx.400.1. Everyone was impress and i got my first ticket for them which i won in court :) these sub are worth the money because they have sooooo much bass and sound so good. But i got my sound system jack but people where keeping there eyes on my car for my sound system up here in NORTHERN CALI!!! KICKERS NEVER LET ME DOWN!! AM ABOUT 2 GET MY HANDS ON THE L7 F*** W7 TOOO MUCH MONEY 4 WAT KICKERS L7 CAN DO DA SAME

bad ass kickers

you should get this subs. i have them in a ford f100 1983 and i hucked them up with a 1000watt rockwood amp and they kick hard man. they make my doors move and the windows almost brake. you should get them.

Put it this way in less then 6 months of installing them in a cusom box we have got pulled over and ticketed 2 or 3 times =/ If you try and talk over them it sounds like when a little kid yells into a fan!! I know someone said that but its true! We went to the stereo shop and people were amazed that we were not sponsored by kicker shop was a little mad at the fact that they didnt do our install cause everyone kept asking about it. Nothing bad to say at all.. besides paying the tickets

i just got 2-12 inch CVR kickers

these are the best subbs ever ,i hace two old school 10 inch MTX Blue Thunders an these bad boys throw them right out the trunk ya know,so if you want a clear, loud sound thatll rattle your trunk open then id get these with out a doubt very nice looking an very clean sounding.

livin loud with kicker

i love my cvr 12"s i bought two subs and a ported box with a 2000 watt ssl voice coal amp. they are sittin in my 98 gmc ext cab. and for that little truck with liittle air space provided they are hittin hard. my rear view mirror has feel off once will listen to my subs. these kicker cvr 12"s are the best subs you can buy. i did have to p2 fosgate 10"s subs but i decided to get somethin bigger and better sound so i went and brought my two cvr 12"s. and i love them and will always support kicker.

2 12" Kicker CVR in Ported Box

I just put 2 12" Kicker CVRs already enclosed in a ported Kicker box into my '05 Subaru Legacy GT. I previously had one 15" Kicker Comp in a sealed box, and let me just say replacing that with the 2 12" CVRs was one of the best decisions I've made when dealing with my car audio system. Not only are they louder and a lot more clear, but they are affordable. I have them hooked up to a 500W amp and they hit very hard, way harder than the 15" did when hooked up to the same amp. If you're looking at these Kicker CVRs and love to bump rap music, don't look at ANY other brand, you won't be disappointed. Kicker is the way to go!
